Meditation CDs and Alan talking CDs

In all Art of Being workshops and courses there are specially designed meditations to enhance your connection with your body, nature, heart and being, and with the spirit that sustains us all in our daily living. Music and dance play an important part too in encouraging you to let your inner child-spirit have its always young, always fresh aliveness in your being, and to simply celebrate the extraordinary gift that it is to be! Some of the CDs that Alan plays during his workshops are available at the end of the workshops, or by mail from The Art of Being®.

The Art of Being Meditation (CD)
This one-hour meditation, created and evolved by Alan over many years now, is an engaging and dynamic journey, first deep into your own nature and then rising through the energy centres (the chakras) of instinct, passion, power, heart, being, intuition and spirit, to come to the space of inner stillness where you are silent witness to the dance of existence. This and other specially created meditations are regularly practised at the start of each day during the workshops and courses. This meditation is available on CD, guided by Alan.

The Beautiful Meditation (CD)
This new meditation created by Alan to the music of his friend, the Brazilian musician Carioca, is named for its invitation to celebrate the gift of our own existence, and to find the beauty in the eternal present. Our endless desiring drives us through the world every day of our lives, and usually quite unconsciously. Learning to live the longing this side of our finger-tips, a beautiful awakening happens.

There are also CDs and cassettes of Alan talking to the group during various workshops. These touching reminders of what the art of being means serve to bring its message into your ordinary life, to turn the light up, and to inspire you to trust your own journey.
